What we collect
When you fill out an application or contact form on this site, you choose what to share with us — typically your name, email, location, links to your work, and short written responses. We don’t use cookies for tracking, and we don’t place advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Applications are reviewed by our hiring team to evaluate fit for the role you applied to. We may follow up by email or hold further conversations. Contact-form messages are read and replied to as appropriate.
How long we keep it
We retain application materials for up to 18 months after the last activity on your application, in case relevant roles open. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the people inside Vertex who need it to evaluate your application, and with the email and file-storage providers we use to run the company. We will disclose information if required by law.
Where it’s stored
Personal information is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers, primarily in the United States. The site itself does not run server-side code — submissions are sent directly from your browser to an email address we operate.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have on you.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Withdraw an application.
